It would be an understatement to say this is the best chocolate your will ever have. The chocolate makes this a destination spot in this area. The restaurant is the secret when you get there. The food is divine and well thought out... American with French influence. That combination pairs smoothly with chocolate to end the meal.
I've had a few of their cakes for various special occasions - always delicious. However I find the desserts they have in the display case can be a little dry and not as tasty as they look. Overall, nice spot to grab a coffee or tea and maybe a little chocolate.
Six or seven stars really!!! The ambiance is amazing AND there's CHOCOLATE- upscale everything! What's not to brighten the mood or make your day special? Though I've visited a few times before, this trip I noticed the chocolate elephants! Not the infamous mice, mind you, but these chocolate elephants caught my eye. You need to go in and discover what is SUPER SPECIAL about them. I will tell you that I purchased a few- individually boxed, for a ladies weekend escape. The reactions did not disappoint my choice. AND I feel really good about the super-special thing.

I adore this place. It's not just a place to buy chocolate, but also a lovely cafe with amazing baked goods and a wide range of delicious drinks. The hot chocolate is amazing, as it should be, but I'm also in love with their maple latte, and they had some very good juice and seltzer creations this summer. I visit once every few months to sit and write letters.
